Last night I went out with the 2 Angelas that I made friends with here at the hostel. I dont have many photos, but first we went to a bar and had dinner, then went to a really fantastic flamenco dancing concert. Was really nice, and tonight we are going out for tapas and maybe a bar. Should be good.
Wishing everyone a happy easter. The weather has improved somewhat over here, but still seems to want to sway from sunshine to rain and back again.
Im having a few camera issues, where for some reason it doesnt always want to work and turns on and off. Not sure what has happened. But am now charging it full and hoping that fixes it. But dont worry Georgie, if this doesnt work Im taking it to a guys to see if we can fix it. And VERY worse case senario, Ill by another, better one, and you will get it. I promise not to leave you in the lurch my sweet.
So better get going now. Heading off to the huge olympic park today, hoping to have a quieter day. Im kindov feeling a little drained and in need of a quiet one :)

Hi Saschie, Happy Easter to you!! Sounds like you are having fun with your new friends. Here the weather is the same, from cloudy to rain, so you are not missing much, WE went up to the Van on thursday and had a quiet time. Chris Howe and his wife came up on Friday for lunch and Greg and Mad Tyler stayed over on the Saturday. On Sunday we went to the footie with Knights winning 24-22 against the Warriors. The Jets drew 1-1 in Japan . Otherwise there is not much to tell at home. your Mum is getting excited about Russia. I feel bad that we are flying so close and not seeing you,, we checked the flights to catch up in Istanbul, but it just didnt work ,,, Damn!! Georgie is busy with work at the pub, and she seems to be getting over the Michael split, all though maybe she is just putting on a brave face. She still has some difficulties driving the Manual car, but is getting better. Lollie and Grandpa are ok, and off tto the Gold Coast next month,, Gil and Harry came up to the football on Sunday and enjoyedit Uncle Gil played Jesus in the Garden of Gethsemanie Passion play at his church!! I was alittle disappointed that he wasnt Crucified!! hahaha,,, Any way, love to you my sweet girl,,, Dad
ReplyDeleteHey Dad, was SOOOO good tp read your post. Feels realy odd to not be able to talk to you guys now, particularly with it being easter. I hoped to get a sim here on Saturday, but ran out of time. Now it doesnt seem worth it to get one while in Spain, but wait till Portugal.
ReplyDeleteThankyou SOO much for the family updates. Its REALLY good to hear whats happening at home. Please give my love to everyone. I am missing people now, although still having an amazing time. Its good here, as theres quite alot of people to talk to. Went out to dinner with brunette Ang last night, for Tapas and mohitos, spent too much, talked forever and before we realised it it was 11pm! Then came back to the hostel, drank some more wine and chatted with the other guys here. Was a really nice evening.
But better fly. Im heading of to... cant remember the name of the town, but its a seaside town outside Barcelona. Going with blonde Ang, so should be another great day. Will post about it tomorrow.
